Jean has been an integral part of our practice for more than 20 years, bringing with her extensive customer service experience and a genuine passion for helping patients. Originally from upstate New York, she relocated to Northern Virginia and quickly became a valued member of our team.
With a degree in Math/Science, Jean has a unique ability to help patients better understand their insurance coverage, flexible spending accounts, and account questions with clarity and confidence. Her approachable nature, cheerful personality, and willingness to assist make her a trusted resource for both patients and colleagues alike.
Committed to professional growth, Jean is a member of the American Association of Dental Office Management and regularly participates in continuing education courses to stay current with the latest developments in dental practice management.
Born in Los Angeles and raised in Alexandria, Miriam comes from a proud Salvadoran background where family has always been at the center of her life. With over 12 years of experience in the dental field, she is dedicated to helping patients understand the importance of their dental care and guiding them through their dental insurance, so they feel informed and confident every step of the way. Her welcoming demeanor helps create a positive and relaxing experience for every patient.
Outside of the office, Miriam loves spending time in nature and going on hikes with her dog. This summer, she is eagerly preparing for one of life’s greatest adventures, becoming a first-time mom.
Melina Herrera, Dental Assistant Melina is a dedicated and gracious dental assistant who is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and confident during their visits. With a friendly personality and attention to detail, she works closely with the doctor and dental team to ensure every patient has a positive experience and smooth visit. One of her favorite parts of dentistry is seeing patients leave with healthier, more confident smiles!
Outside of the office, Melina loves spending quality time with family, making memories with her beautiful daughter and trying new things! Some of what she likes to do in her free time is hiking, cooking, modeling and stargazing. She values staying active, positive and connected to people who matter the most. Melina finds fulfillment in helping patients feel supported in the dental chair. She loves to help in every way! She is proud to be part of a team that treats patients like family and values compassionate, personalized care.
